What ElShift does
ElShift helps managers build and review employee schedules using structured staffing demand and employee-specific scheduling inputs. Instead of treating every employee as interchangeable, Auto-Assign evaluates whether a person is eligible for a shift and then uses the configured ranking and coverage logic to place eligible staff.
The public product website is at elshift.com, the application is at app.elshift.com, and the official product documentation is maintained at support.elshift.com.

Who ElShift is for
ElShift was built with many work sectors in mind rather than around one industry-specific rota. It is designed for shift-based operations where staffing demand, recurring work patterns, leave, weekly-hour limits, locations, employee preferences, and coverage requirements make manual scheduling difficult.
Example use cases include IT support and service desks, customer support operations, restaurants, hospitality, retail, warehousing, cleaning services, and security teams. Those examples are not the limits of the product; organizations with other shift-based workflows can contact ElShift to discuss how their scheduling model maps to the product.
