By creating an ElShift account you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use ElShift to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from account settings; you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
5. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice.
6. Disclaimers
ElShift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
