ElShift lets managers compare scheduled hours with recorded time, correct daily values, and export the reviewed data. It does not calculate or process payroll.
Start from the schedule
A timesheet can start with the scheduled shift length, less unpaid breaks. Managers can then review and save the actual hours for that day.
Review before export
Managers can review a week or month, correct recorded hours, and export the selected period. The export can feed a separate payroll workflow, but ElShift is not payroll software.
Track manager hours separately when needed
Manager hours are optional and are not inferred from employee shifts. Workspaces that enable manager-hour tracking can enter those values separately.
